notes:
long island newsday used to be $1.59, but it went up to $2. i usually buy the early editions, so i hadn't noticed. i had planned my scenarios with the $1.59 price, so i could have possibly done better if i had known the correct price ahead of time.

♥ bonus - one of the newspapers i bought had duplicate smartsource and red plum inserts.

♥ crisis averted by dumb luck - on my second transaction i bought the bayer quick release and used an rr from the bayer quick release! ordinarily this would have caused a new bayer rr not to print, but i was incredibly lucky... the rr i used wouldn't scan and the cashier entered it manually. i wasn't paying close attention, but i have to assume that the cashier did not punch in the barcode (just put it in as a $2.50 coupon) and that's why my new rr still printed!

i was only able to find one left of my favorite filler, the wags ibuprofen. (packaging says "mix & match 4/$4" and the upc is 3 11917 10283 2. it may not be marked for $.25 so have a cashier scan it to check for you.) so i had to search for fillers, found the kissables and marshmallows.

the dry idea i bought has a $2 coupon printed on the inside of the box. good to use on your next purchase!
